About the role

The Enterprise Application Operations Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, service delivery, compliance, and continuous improvement across a portfolio of enterprise applications supporting critical business functions.

What you'll do

• Enterprise Application Operations & Service Management
• Lead operational governance and delivery management across the Business Systems Applications (BuSA) portfolio
• Manage Application Management Services (AMS) engagements delivered through external service providers
• Drive service delivery performance, operational health, and SLA compliance
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and IT leaders to ensure application support aligns with business priorities
