Sr Officer-Facility Maintenance

About the role

Ensuring all technical and legal regulations with regards to facility state and operations are met at all times. Achieves mechanical maintenance operational objectives by contributing to preventive maintenance; preparing and completing preventive maintenance schedules; identifying issues and acting upon them for permanent solutions; should possess breakdown-resolving skills; determining system improvements; and implementing change.

What you'll do

• Ensuring all technical and legal regulations with regards to facility state and operations are met at all times
• Perform for developing and implementing a routine maintenance program to keep a facility’s equipment up and running
• Perform Mechanical Engineering, Design & Calculations—HVAC, Cooling Water Systems, Compress Air Systems
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment inventories to track performance and compliance
