About the role

The Integration Analyst is the connective tissue. You will own every data flow between these systems, the contracts, and the observability that proves they're healthy.

What you'll do

  • Design + build integrations on **Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)** between BigCommerce ↔ JDE/SAP, BigCommerce ↔ Salesforce, Perfion ↔ BigCommerce, Perfion ↔ Algolia
  • Own the Perfion PIM data model and content workflows that publish to BigCommerce + Algolia + Hygraph
  • Configure **Algolia** indexes, replicas, ranking strategies, and synonyms; partner with marketing and merchandising on relevance
  • Maintain the **Hygraph** schema and content models; partner with marketing on content publishing flows to brand sites
  • Integrate **HubSpot** with Salesforce + BigCommerce — lead capture, lifecycle, attribution
