Sr. OSP Designer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior OSP Design Engineer to ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of our fiber network designs. This role will focus on QA/QC, design reviews, technical standards, and complex engineering support, while working closely with engineering, operations, GIS, permitting, field, and construction teams.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary QA/QC Subject Matter Expert (SME) for OSP engineering deliverables and technical standards
• Review, validate, and approve HLDs, LLDs, construction packages, splice plans, fiber allocation, and other engineering outputs before client submission
• Lead technical quality reviews and design audits, identifying defects, compliance gaps, and constructability issues
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex OSP design, constructability, permitting, utility conflict, and client-standard issues
• Ensure designs comply with NESC standards, utility requirements, and client-specific engineering standards

What you need

• 5–7 yrs of experience
• AutoCAD
• Telecom
• Any graduate
