About the role

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Sr. Performance Marketing Executive to help scale our paid marketing efforts. You will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • Assist in strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Monitor key metrics (CPI, CPA, CTR, ROAS) and recommend actionable improvements
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to boost campaign performance
  • Manage allocated ad budgets to maximize ROI and ensure cost-effectiveness
