Sr. Phlebotomy Technician

About the role

Sr. Phlebotomy Technician - Eden Prairie, MN, Monday to Friday, hours vary between 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM covering 8 or 10 hours shifts, with rotational weekend The Sr. Phlebotomy Technician assists the supervisor in the day-to-day operations of the department. This position is responsible for accurately performing and processing Point of Care Testing (POC), venous and capillary blood collection from adults, infants, and children and all related functions.

What you'll do

• Prepares staff schedule to provide adequate coverage and updates changes daily
• Ensures equitable distribution of workload
• Troubleshoots and resolves issues with technicians, clinic staff etc. as needed in conjunction with the Supervisor
• Monitors to ensure work is being performed efficiently
• Establishes in conjunction with the Supervisor an onboarding program for new employees

What you need

• 1–4 yrs of experience
• Phlebotomy
• Diploma

What you get

• ₹2.5k–₹2.8k a hour
