About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and progress control for residential construction projects.
What you'll do
- Prepare detailed project schedules and master plans using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Develop baseline schedules , construction programmes, and project milestones
- Prepare detailed plans for RCC, finishing, MEP, external development, and handover activities
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against the approved schedule
- Identify delays, critical activities, and potential risks affecting project timelines
What you need
