About the role

The mission of the Books Customer Value org is to maximize customers’ return on money, time, and energy spent acquiring Books and empower them to read more. We do so by obsessing over value to ensure sharp pricing, making acquiring a book seamless and secure, and providing tools to build a reading habit.
