  • Document functional and non-functional requirements for LOS enhancements or implementations
  • Process Mapping & Gap Analysis Analyze current workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies
  • Recommend improvements aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare detailed BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), FSDs (Functional Specification Documents), and user stories
