About the role

We are seeking a detail -orianted and experienced Senior Production Manager to oversee the end to end assembly operations of our air conditioning unit manufacturing line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production planning, quality control, team performance, process improvement and ensuring on-time delivery in a cost-effective and safe manner.

What you'll do

  • Plan, organize and control the assembly line operations for Light commercial product
  • Ensure optimal utilization of resources ( manpower, materials and machines)
  • Implement and maintain production standards, procedures and quality control systems
  • Monitor Production KPI’s and ensure adherence to safety, quality & compliance standards
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, engineering and quality control departments
