What you'll do

• Participate the construction, commissioning, installation qualification, operational qualification of chemical plant with the engineering team
• Lead the performance qualification and process validation with the support from giving site experts, tech transfer team and supply chain production planning
• Assure compliance to all company and Indian authorities EHS requirements, regulations, and acquire necessary permits in time with support from relevant department
• Continuously improve plant effectiveness in EHS by providing clear and visible leadership as consistent with the philosophy that every incident is preventable
• Lead the continuous improvement projects for all aspects of process performance including production equipment, cycle times, yields, downtime, raw material efficiency

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Six Sigma
• TPM
• ISO 9001
• Production planning
• Safety management
• Maintenance
• MBA or B.Tech or B.E.
