Sr. Program Manager, Abuse Prevention

About the role

As a Senior Program Manager, you will own multiple cost reduction programs for Amazon India such as rejects reduction, salability improvements, and abuse prevention. You will be responsible for managing requirements, tracking metrics, and identifying and executing initiatives to keep those metrics under control across various Amazon India stakeholder teams.

What you'll do

• Collaborate cross-functionally to design strategies, establish goals and monitor progress regularly
• Lead the efforts to reduce policy and process defects and associated abuse to reduce cost of returns and concessions
• Run cross-functional product and program mechanisms across business, product, and tech stakeholders
• Manage the roadmaps and publish quarterly updates on achievements and learnings

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• MBA or M.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA or M.Tech

Good to have

• Six Sigma
