Sr. Program Manager, Brand Protections

About the role

The vision of Intellectual Property Protections (IPP) team is to ensure every Brand’s catalog (ASINs and offers) is clean with no IP infringements while minimizing friction for the Sellers.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to address complex, high-ambiguity brand protection challenges with senior leadership visibility
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Operations, Science, and Policy teams across multiple geographies
• Influence roadmap prioritization across multiple organizations, operating as a thought leader in the IP protection space
• Drive clear communication channels and strategic stakeholder engagement for both internal teams and external brand partners globally
• Identify and resolve ambiguity across organizational boundaries — scoping problems, proposing solutions, and driving alignment where no playbook exists
