Sr. Program Manager, Buying Defects (RBS)

About the role

RBS Upstream Defects Elimination team is looking for Sr. Program Manager to drive defect elimination for WW Retail under Buying Defects program. In this role, you will be expected to partner with upstream tech, product and retail teams to identify structural defects in the way the buying systems and tools work.

What you'll do

• Be expected to partner with upstream tech, product and retail teams to identify structural defects in the way the buying systems and tools work
• Work closely work with senior leadership team in Retail WW to problem solve, identify solutions and deliver cost saving through implementation of systemic fixes
• Work at the juncture of product, GenAI driven tools and business impact creation

What you need

• 8–14 yrs of experience
• Project management
• LLMs
• Any graduate
