Sr. Project Control Manager (Trivandrum, Mangalore & Ahmedabad)

About the role

The Senior Project Controls Manager shall report to the Project Director / Project Head and serve as the PMC lead for project controls, planning, scheduling, cost management, resource planning, risk management, progress monitoring and performance reporting across the airport development programme.

What you'll do

• Establish, maintain and monitor the Integrated Master Schedule covering all project packages and stakeholders
• Develop project planning standards, work breakdown structures, coding structures and scheduling protocols
• Review and validate contractor schedules, work programmes, resource deployment plans and recovery schedules
• Monitor critical path activities, float consumption, milestone achievement and schedule performance
• Identify potential delays, bottlenecks and programme risks and recommend mitigation, acceleration and recovery measures
