2.Investigate and analyze warranty claim parts Failure analysis of warranty claim parts and establish new technical Solve quality problems of material / special process(Welding /Heat treatment) parts and promote reccurence prevention. 4.Negotiation with customer for the problem.(Sometimes to convince the customer for their failure)
