Sr. Recruiter, GTM – Field Engineering (Contract)

About the role

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to be the driving force behind hiring the technical talent that powers our go-to-market engine across India — Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and the broader Field Engineering org. These are the people who sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers, turn the world's hardest data and AI problems into production reality, and make Databricks impossible to compete against.

What you'll do

• Build and sustain engaged talent pipelines that can keep pace with aggressive hiring goals and our continued APJ expansion
• Create closing strategies that win against the most competitive offers in the market and manage stakeholder expectations with data
• Use data to set benchmarks and metrics, drive workforce planning, and continuously sharpen our hiring process as we scale
