About the role

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer (Electrical‑Controls) to join our engineering team and drive reliability excellence across electrical and control systems in new and existing products. This role will focus on embedding reliability into design and development processes, ensuring long‑term system availability, and reducing field failures.

What you'll do

§ Lead reliability analysis for electrical and control systems, including sensors, PLCs, HMIs, and power electronics
§ Derive requirements for electrical systems and perform DFMEA, and MTBF calculations for electrical‑control components and subsystems
§ Develop and execute accelerated life testing and reliability growth plans for CTR (Critical‑to‑Reliability) parts
§ Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams to integrate reliability requirements into NPI (New Product Introduction)
§ Analyze field failure data (FRACAS/8D) and drive corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues
