About the role

The RISC team's charter is to protect Amazon customers from products that are illegal, illegally marketed, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited by Amazon policies.

What you'll do

• Work closely with legal, business teams, selling partner experience and support teams, operational excellence, product
• Be given autonomy to develop a strategy and build effective policy enforcements to ensure product safety and compliance worldwide
• Drive Cross-Functional Programs: Own and deliver complex, cross-cutting initiatives by partnering with legal, business, tech
• Influence Without Authority: Build trusted relationships across multiple organizations; align diverse stakeholders around shared goals, secure commitments
• Build the Mechanisms That Keep Us Sharp: Design and run the operating cadences (business reviews, launch readiness checkpoints

What you need

• 6–11 yrs of experience
• Compliance
• SOP writing
• Any graduate
