Sr. Risk Manager, SPS Internal Risk

About the role

This role is critical to establishing and scaling our surveillance strategy, coordinating with testing laboratories, and ensuring rapid, effective response to safety risks that protect customers globally.

What you'll do

• Establish and scale surveillance frameworks, drive strategic process improvements, coordinate with testing laboratories
• Be responsible for translating technical requirements into operational reality while ensuring rapid response to safety risks and quality issues across multiple product…
• Establish and scale end-to-end execution framework documentation, standardize processes across regions, and create operational playbooks for global deployment
• Lead coordination with third-party testing laboratories and provide strategic guidance to planning team on testing methodologies and laboratory capabilities
• Own remediation from test result receipt through resolution, including rapid response to failed tests, corrective action implementation, and systemic issue resolution

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• Lab testing
• Reporting
• B.Tech or B.E.
