About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Safety Supervisor to oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices across our construction sites.

What you'll do

  • Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce safety protocols at construction sites
  • Develop and implement safety plans in alignment with the BOCW Act, RERA, and local municipal rules
  • Conduct risk assessments and site safety audits regularly
  • Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and periodic HSE training for workers and supervisors
  • Investigate and report near-misses, incidents, and accidents using RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
