Sr. Sales Content and Knowledge Specialist

About the role

Sellers should not have to hunt for the answer, wonder which asset is current or rely on tribal knowledge to move an opportunity forward. The Sr. Sales Content & Knowledge Specialist will create the structure that makes trusted knowledge easier to find, use and maintain across a global sales organization.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve the global sales content and knowledge strategy aligned to seller needs and revenue priorities
• Create and maintain a seller content blueprint defining the resources needed by role, sales moment and priority selling motion
• Serve as business owner for Highspot, shaping seller experience, governance, roadmap priorities, adoption and realized value
• Define and govern information architecture, taxonomy, metadata, navigation, search, lifecycle and publishing standards
• Build a scalable cross-functional publisher model with clear standards, ownership, onboarding and quality controls

• Any graduate
