We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive sales and operational excellence in the Tractors and Farm Equipment (TFE) segment. The role involves enhancing deposit mobilization, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring smooth branch operations. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of retail banking and financial instruments.

Drive deposit growth and cross-sell Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other financial products
Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction across all touchpoints
Manage branch operations, regulatory compliance, and team productivity
