About the role

As a Sr. Sales Manager, you will guide, mentor, and manage a results-driven team of real estate consultants. You will be responsible for leading all sales operations to hit aggressive targets while upholding Novo Spaces’ high standard of strategic advisory

What you'll do

• Lead and coach a high-performing sales team
• Run regular training on real estate knowledge, sales pitch, and negotiation
• Support the team in closing high-value deals and handle escalations
• Collaborate with developers on inventory, pricing, and project strategy
• Track and report team KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline health
