Sr Service Delivery Manager (DPO)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic R2R Sr. Manager with 15+ years of progressively responsible experience to lead our Record-to-Report function. This role requires deep expertise in managing month-end and year-end close processes, conducting balance sheet reconciliations, overseeing intercompany accounting, and managing fixed assets.

What you'll do

• Oversee and manage the entire R2R process for multiple entities —including preparation and review of journal entries—to ensure timely, accurate
• Supervise balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring discrepancies are promptly investigated and resolved. Having complete control of the open items being current
• Review Trial Balance and explain variances (above the tolerance limits defined) with previous month and previous year same month
• Lead intercompany accounting efforts to ensure accurate elimination and consolidation across legal entities
• Drive efficiency in team utilization and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that prioritizes continuous learning and improvement
