Sr Service Support Coordinator

About the role

As a Service Coordinator, you will work closely with customers, field engineers, and cross-functional teams to manage service operations, drive efficiency, and support the successful execution of service commitments.

What you'll do

• Monitor service orders from initiation through completion, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling, logistics
• Collaborate with field engineers, service managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of service commitments and adherence to operational processes
• Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and system updates, ensuring data integrity and providing visibility into service performance
• Track key service metrics and generate reports to support operational reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous process optimization
• Support business objectives by ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards
