About the role

SS&C GIDS APAC – Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Technology team in APAC region. This role is ideal for candidates with 3+ years industry experience , including at least 1 year in SRE, DevOps, or platform engineering .

What you'll do

  • Operational Support & Reliability
  • Assist in maintaining the reliability and performance of critical systems, applications, including in-house developed platforms
  • Participate in incident response , supporting resolution and documenting learnings
  • Help define and monitor Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and reliability metrics
  • Perform deployments into production & non-production hosted environments
