Sr Software Development Engineer

About the role

The Orchestrated Analytics team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Grade 150) to design, build, deploy, and support next-generation Agentic AI solutions that power intelligent analytics, automation, and decision-support capabilities for our healthcare and life sciences customers.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, deploy, and support scalable Agentic AI applications and intelligent workflow orchestration solutions
• Build robust backend services, APIs, and reusable frameworks using Python and modern software engineering practices
• Develop and integrate AI agents leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent orchestration frameworks, and external tools/services
• Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS with a focus on scalability, security, reliability, and operational excellence
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical design decisions, and technology selection
