About the role

● This position is in charge of being the first line of Broker (SAAS) platform. ● Be capable of evaluating each case to provide a pertinent and correct answer to guide or solve the incidents presented. ● Be able to ask the right questions on more complex incidents to enrich the tickets before sending them
