About the role
The ISG Services Lead will develop and execute the business and people strategies required to grow Lenovo’s services business in India. This sales leadership role carries revenue-quota responsibility and focuses on services sales, IaaS, private cloud, system integration, and managed services.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute the ISG services strategy for India, aligned with annual revenue, growth, and operational objectives
- Own assigned revenue quotas and drive sales execution with the extended sales organisation to achieve or exceed targets
- Manage significant Annual Contract Value (ACV) and Total Contract Value (TCV) opportunities across the services portfolio
- Evaluate pricing, proposals, practices, and processes to improve commercial quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Execute strategic sales and marketing programmes covering new offerings, Professional Services, channel events, customer seminars, and industry conferences
