Sr. Specialist, Sales Order Management

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who enjoys keeping complex customer orders moving smoothly from enquiry to delivery. In this role, you will be at the center of daily customer interactions, order management, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely delivery updates.

What you'll do

• Review customer purchase orders (POs) against quotations, contracts, and technical specifications, and accurately enter orders into the ERP system
• Validate commercial and technical order requirements and coordinate with Sales, Application Engineering, Customers
• Prepare and issue Order Acknowledgements (OA), Proforma Invoices (PFI), and other required order-related documentation in a timely manner
• Manage and monitor the complete order lifecycle, from order entry to invoicing and shipment, ensuring visibility and control across the supply chain
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery commitments, documentation, and order-related inquiries
