About the role

Responsible for managing the development of New Products (Industrial and Automotive) and delivering on all program commitments from inception through execution to tape out and start of production. Continuously reviews program progress, proactively identify risks and collaboratively develops and drives risk mitigation efforts

What you'll do

  • Manage several key projects in parallel or singular large program
  • Drive execution initiatives and process improvements at the functional, cross functional and business group level
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including key performance indicators and metrics, to senior management and stakeholders
  • Design bench evaluation PCBs (printed circuit boards) and generating characterizations programs for bench evaluations
  • Perform evaluation, debug and characterization of integrated circuits to ensure they meet the product requirement specifications and manufacturing requirements
