Sr Staff Software Engineer

About the role

Employees at some of the largest enterprises in the world use what we build to find answers and get work done, on web and on mobile. The experience is AI first, so the front end platform has to be fast, consistent, and extensible enough that every team building on it moves quickly. This is a front end architecture role.

What you'll do

• Own the architecture, technical direction, and roadmap of our front end platform and the framework it exposes to other engineering teams
• Architect modular, reusable component systems built for extensibility, versioning, and adoption across many teams at once
• Own front end performance end to end and hold the platform to it as the product and the customer base grow
• Drive complex, multi team technical initiatives and resolve architectural conflicts without management escalation
• Lead architecture and code reviews, mentor senior engineers, and raise the front end bar across the organization
