About the role

The Sr Team Lead – Reservoir Engineering is a leadership role in the Reservoir Engineering Function of TAS (Technical Asset Support) responsible for building, coaching and sustaining a high performing team that can support various assets for RE activities, especially around Shell Reserves and Resource Reporting applications and workflows, with Resource One (Rs1) being the Group Ledger for reporting hydrocarbon resource volumes and the single integrated system for recording, managing & reporting…

What you'll do

• Lead WfC workload planning, prioritization, coordination, and delivery execution across the TAS team
• Manage asset and interface ownership, ensuring complex asset scopes are assigned appropriately
• Facilitate WfC team engagement through regular huddles and operational forums
• Represent the WfC community with the Rs1 Product Team, supporting UAT decisions, asset onboarding, interface governance, and enhancement requests
• Drive After-Action-Reviews for OP and ARPR cycles, consolidating feedback and identifying improvement opportunities

What you need
