About the role

The role is responsible to be Controller role for Cipla Pharma & Life Sciences which is a subsidiary of Cipla Limited The key objectives of this role is to maintain P&L and balance sheet hygiene for the entity of Cipla Pharma and Life sciences and ensuring system improvements and simplifications to achieve smooth operations.

What you'll do

• Act as a strong support system for depots and business teams so as to ensure smooth billing and maintain good relationship with key stakeholders
• Drive strong policy adherence to ensure operations are running in a compliant way
• Schedule Hygiene: Timely review of balance sheet schedules and ensuring hygiene
• Review of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow positions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and transparency of financial reporting
• Manage and coordinate for timely completion of IB audit observations and ensuring no repeat audit points

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience

• Reconciliation

• Chartered Accountant
