Sr Technical Program Manager, Selection Monitoring

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) to join the Selection Monitoring team. In this role, you will drive and deliver complex, cross-functional technical programs that are critical to the selection discovery and extraction components of Amazon's Selection Gap Closure and World Product Catalog (WPC) initiatives.

What you'll do

• Operate at the intersection of multiple two-pizza teams (2PTs) and collaborate closely with external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of large-scale programs
• Work across leverage Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) extensively for information extraction, content understanding
• Scaling & Automation: Identify opportunities to improve program efficiency through better tooling, AI-driven automation
