About the role

The Trust CX Innovation team drives advancements across Amazon Devices & Services (D&S) products.

What you'll do

  • Own complex, cross-functional initiatives that span product, engineering, and science teams, and often multiple organizations
  • Set the plan, map dependencies across teams, surface risks early, and keep a broad set of stakeholders aligned on a shared bar and timeline
  • Operate at a technical level, understanding the systems and trade-offs well enough to ask the right questions and drive sound decisions
  • Be the connective tissue that turns provable data governance and AI-driven efficiency from goals into delivered outcomes
  • Own and drive complex, cross-functional programs across both data governance and AI enablement, spanning multiple engineering, product

What you need
