About the role

Circle Head (CH), Grade – L1, Partner Channel To create awareness about our products, to build relationships with customers individually & through the team and promote usage of products by introducing and selling company products to potential customers The products include a wide range of Water Purifiers, Water Softeners, Vacuum Cleaners, Air Purifiers and Pet Grooming Kits.

What you'll do

• Identifying individuals or organizations that may be interested in becoming franchisees for the company
• Evaluating potential franchisees to determine their financial stability, experience, and suitability for the franchise
• Reporting and Analytics: Maintaining records, reporting on franchise development progress, and analyzing data to improve the franchising strategy
• Needs to review and update his Team performance & Reports to his immediate superior on daily / weekly/ monthly basis as per policy
• Should be smart and with a positive attitude to project the right image of the company
