• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with developers to identify product defects and enhance serviceability
• Analyze customer data to mitigate risks and improve product reliability

• Contribute to and expand internal and external knowledge bases for continuous improvement

What you need

• B.Tech or B.E. or B.Sc or BCA
