About the role

We're looking for someone who has: An understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.Strong experience in Python and backend development. Expertise with frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, or similar. Opportunity to build next-generation AI products and enterprise-scale agentic systems.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Agentic AI systems using LLMs and multi-agent architectures
• Build and enhance agent capabilities including planning, memory, RAG, tool integration, orchestration, and asynchronous task execution
• Evaluate emerging AI models and frameworks, and optimise solutions for performance, reliability, safety, and cost
• Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI systems operating in production environments
• Collaborate with AI engineers and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-driven products and workflows

What you need
