Staff Business Systems Analyst, Beeline Vendor Management System

About the role

You will partner with global business and technology teams to design, configure, and deliver solutions supporting NVIDIA’s contingent workforce program. This hands-on role requires strong functional expertise, independent ownership, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable system solutions.

What you'll do

• Work closely with business leaders and users to fully understand requirements and challenges to help provide an effective system solution
• Lead functional solution design and Beeline configuration, define integration requirements, and partner with engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Complete projects as a lead or team member to implement new VMS solutions and improved functions to support the growing business needs
• Interface on a day-to-day basis with internal teams and external partners to lead system change to support business operations
• Build test scenarios and test cases, perform testing and training as part of the transition process
