About the role

Seeking a Semiconductor Test Engineer with expertise in ATE test development, DFT, and SoC validation for RF, connectivity, and IoT products. The role focuses on silicon bring-up, characterization, production testing, yield improvement, and test automation using Teradyne UltraFLEX platforms .

What you'll do

Create, debug, and optimize ATE test programs, while troubleshooting hardware- and software-related test issues
Provide technical support and test engineering expertise to internal teams, manufacturing partners, and customers
Develop automation and test solutions using programming and scripting languages such as Perl, Python, C, C++, Java, and Visual Basic
Develop and debug characterization and production test programs for SoC connectivity products, including Digital, Mixed-Signal, PMU, NVM, and RF blocks
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including IP Design, Applications, DFT, Product Engineering
