Staff Engineer

About the role

When a technician in a refinery, a mine, or a chemical plant opens one of our apps, they are trusting that it works, every time, on a shift where the stakes are real. As a Staff Engineer , you are one of the people who earns that trust. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will not manage a team on an org chart.

What you'll do

• Own architecture and design. Lead the design of complex, cross-team features and platform capabilities. Write clear HLDs and LLDs, drive design reviews
• Build what matters, hands-on. Write production-grade code in Node.js, MongoDB/DynamoDB, and Angular or React (including React Native) for the hardest
• Design APIs and microservices that last. Define RESTful and OData API contracts, service boundaries, and data models that scale across customers, industries
• Raise the engineering bar. Set standards for code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability
• Be the multiplier. Mentor Senior Engineers and Leads, grow future architects, and make every design and code review a teaching moment

What you need

• 10–12 yrs of experience
