What you'll do

  • Establish the methods and solutions to analyse large amounts of single-cell VDJ sequencing data, specifically directed towards the development and evolution of antibodies
  • Design the next generation of computational analysis pipelines for high-throughput processing of single-cell VDJ data. Add other sources of paired or unpaired…
  • Conduct original research on affinity maturation and antibody developability
  • Help build and provision our data infrastructure towards antibody development and annotation of VDJ clonotypes
  • Contribute to annotation of immunoglobin germline variation on different genomes
