Staff Global Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Staff Global Business Partner (GBP) to partner with site leadership. This is a senior HR business partnering role for an individual who can operate at both strategic and operational depth, translating business priorities into organization, workforce and talent strategies while staying closely connected to leaders and teams at the point of operations.

What you'll do

• Strategic People & Organization Leadership
• Translate business strategy, operating priorities and future capability requirements into a clear, forward-looking people agenda
• Advise leaders on organization design, workforce strategy, capability building, leadership effectiveness and talent priorities
• Anticipate emerging organizational and workforce risks and opportunities, bringing forward recommendations before issues become critical
• Balance global consistency with local effectiveness, adapting implementation approaches while preserving the intent of enterprise frameworks
