Staff Manager – Bluetooth Testing and Automation at Qualcomm. Lead end-to-end Bluetooth validation, including test planning, functional and protocol testing, regression execution, and release-readiness assessment.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end Bluetooth validation, including test planning, functional and protocol testing, regression execution, and release-readiness assessment
• Translate product and feature requirements into test strategies, coverage plans, priorities, and execution milestones
• Manage validation priorities, resource allocation, and dependencies; communicate progress, quality risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in debugging Bluetooth issues using protocol traces, network analyzers, and system logs
• Drive test automation and framework enhancements to improve coverage, repeatability, and execution efficiency
