Staff Personalization Specialist - SF and Adobe Target

About the role

The role involves designing, executing, and analyzing personalization and A/B testing use cases across multiple channels to deliver targeted customer experiences, while collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities and optimize results.

What you'll do

• Key responsibilities in your new role
• Design and execute personalization and A/B Testing use cases across multiple channels such as website, email, search, social media, and others
• Test and analyze A/B testing and experimentation plans to validate personalization hypotheses
• Manage and maintain recommendation services (e.g. recommendation engines, dynamic content delivery) and personalized UI components
• Collaborate with data engineers to ingest, transform, and activate user data for personalized experiences
