Staff / Principal engineer -Multi-Die Advanced Tech PPA Methodology Automation

About the role

In this role, you will work closely with architecture, RTL, IP, physical design, DTCO, foundry, EDA, and package/board teams to optimize technology-node entitlement across performance, power, area, utilization, routability, reliability, and design convergence. The role focuses on translating advanced-node technology capabilities into practical implementation methodologies, automation, and production-ready flows.

What you'll do

• Drive technology PPA enablement for sub-2nm and future process nodes, with focus on performance, power, area, utilization, routability, and PPA convergence
• Develop scalable methodologies and automation to evaluate and optimize technology-node tradeoffs across libraries, memories, routing resources, power delivery, clocking
• Drive cross-functional analysis of technology PPA limiters, including congestion, IR/EM, thermal, timing, leakage, dynamic power, area efficiency
• Deliver multi-die and 2.5D/3D implementation enablement where technology-node, package, power, and thermal tradeoffs impact product PPA
• Hand-on execution and delivery demonstrating achieving goals
