About the role

SENIOR STAFF POST SILICON VALIDATION APPS ENGINEER THE ROLE: AMD is looking for a highly experienced Senior Member of Technical Staff (SMTS) to join the Embedded x86 Applications Engineering organization and serve as a technical leader for customer enablement, post-silicon validation, system debug, platform qualification, and technical escalation management.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary technical escalation point for high-priority and business-critical customer issues
• Provide technical leadership across customer engagements, platform enablement activities, and production deployments
• Influence customer adoption, platform readiness, and long-term customer success
• Drive best practices for validation, debugging, escalation management, and customer engagement
• Lead cross-functional investigations involving multiple engineering organizations
