Staff/ Senior Staff Engineer - Industrial Design

About the role

As a Staff / Senior Staff Engineer, Industrial Design , you will play a key role in translating innovative ideas into thoughtful, compelling, and production-ready products. This role is suited to an experienced industrial designer with strong capabilities in concept development, parametric and surface modelling, visualization, and design for manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Lead industrial design activities from early concept generation through design refinement and production readiness
• Generate and communicate product concepts through hand sketches, design narratives, and visual storytelling
• Develop high-quality 3D concept and surface models in PTC Creo , exploring form, proportion, usability, and product aesthetics
• Create photorealistic renderings and visualizations to clearly communicate design intent, materials, finishes, and product experience
• Collaborate closely with engineering and CAD teams to translate design concepts into feasible, production-ready solutions while preserving design intent

What you need

• 8–15 yrs of experience
• Prototyping
• Creo
• Computer vision
• Any graduate
